Key Responsibilities
- Execute client goals and objectives through direct frontline coaching.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of direct supervision and management experience, preferably in Production & Manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving.
- Skilled in balancing results delivery, problem-solving, and client management.
- Ability to build high levels of personal and professional credibility.
- Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure, and changing environments.
- Exceptional communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment and handle daily constructive feedback.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Travel Requirements
This position requires 100% domestic travel – fly out Sunday, fly home Friday, year-round.
