About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sr. Director, Enterprise Data and AI Platform to lead the strategic direction, design, and execution of global enterprise data and AI capabilities. You will architect and maintain a modern data estate, enable advanced analytics and machine learning on Azure Data Lake, and lead Agentic AI platform strategy. This role involves managing a diverse global team and overseeing platform architecture, data engineering and vendor relationships, while reporting to the VP, Enterprise Data, Analytics and Governance.
What You'll Get To Do
- Enterprise Data Leadership: Lead and grow a global data and AI engineering team, set strategy, and oversee large-scale initiatives.
- Agentic AI Strategy & Implementation: Define long-term AI strategy, execute platform selection, POC, and build AI capabilities.
- Modern Data Platform & Architecture: Design and manage Azure-based platforms and data pipelines.
- Analytics & Intelligence Enablement: Partner with business leaders to support advanced analytics and real-time reporting.
- Governance, Security & Standards: Enforce data governance and security, ensuring compliance and SLA performance.
- Architecture & Vendor Management: Engage in architecture governance and manage budgets and vendor relationships.
Skills And Experience
We value expertise in modern data stacks including Azure Cloud, Data Lake/Warehouse/Mesh, and data integration tools like Power BI and Tableau. Proven leadership in Data & ML Engineering/Analytics in a global environment is required. You should possess deep understanding of MLOps practices, machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and AI technologies with hands-on experience using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. Experience in building enterprise data warehouses and familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe) is essential. An advanced degree in a related field and 10+ years in enterprise data and AI leadership roles are preferred.
