About the Opportunity
The Dayforce Services Delivery team is growing and is seeking experienced Project Managers for the Australia/New Zealand region. This role focuses on implementation and delivery assurance of Dayforce's next-generation HCM solution. You will manage multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage time, scope, and budget for multiple projects.
- Deliver Dayforce-led and partner-led implementations.
- Utilize Dayforce Methodology to ensure project success.
- Manage change requests, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate project progress and secure key milestone sign-offs.

Skills and Experience
- PMI/PMP accreditation and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in Project and Change Management in agile settings.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and strategic analysis skills.
