About The Opportunity
The Dayforce Services Delivery team is growing and seeking experienced Project Managers to implement and deliver the industry’s next-generation HCM solution in the Australia/NZ region. This role is fully remote across Australia and New Zealand.
Role Overview
- Manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity.
- Ensure delivery assurance for both partner-led and Dayforce-led initiatives.
- Maintain project schedule, budget, and deliver key milestones.
- Utilize Dayforce Methodology to drive successful project outcomes.
- Engage with customers, partners and internal teams for high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and communicate project progress and risks.
- Handle change requests and scope adjustments.
- Facilitate working sessions and business reporting presentations.
- Enhance delivery assurance processes through feedback and continuous improvement.
Skills And Experience
Required qualifications include PMI/PMP accreditation, relevant tertiary qualifications, and proven capabilities in project and change management. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams is expected.
