Implementation Project Manager

Overview

Dayforce, a global human capital management (HCM) company, is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for its Services Delivery team in the Australia/New Zealand region. This remote role involves managing multiple projects with various scopes and complexities to implement industry-leading HCM solutions.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing both Dayforce-led and partner-led implementations, ensuring delivery assurance and high customer satisfaction. You will utilize the Dayforce Methodology and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent projects with diverse scope and complexity.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Utilize Dayforce Methodology to drive projects to successful completion.
• Plan, manage, and report on key project milestones and deliverables.
• Handle change requests effectively to manage scope, cost, and timeline adjustments.

Skills & Experience

Required qualifications include PMI/PMP accreditation and tertiary education along with demonstrable expertise in project management, change management, agile environments, and HCM domain knowledge. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams is essential.
