Overview

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Client Experience Legal Project Coordinator to support high volume legal matters, administrative functions, and client communications. This role can be fully remote provided you are within reasonable distance of our Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices.

Service Delivery

The coordinator will work with lawyers and staff to:

  • Support high-volume matter administration and process flow organization.
  • Utilize legal project management tools and develop new business processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new personnel to client teams.

Project Management

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact; running conflict checks.
  • Implementing project management frameworks and tracking KPIs.
  • Managing time entry, codes, and maintaining data on client matters.

Client Communication

The role requires:

  • Providing consistent, positive client and internal communications.
  • Preparing for and attending business review meetings.
