The Role: Chargé d'affaires Maintenance

Davidson has developed solid expertise in maintaining operational conditions for heavy industry equipment. Our teams' knowledge in mechanics, electricity, automation, and pressure vessels is a significant asset for our industrial clients.

To strengthen our teams in these fields, we are recruiting Chargés d'affaires Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Clarifying client needs (internal or external).
• Defining and implementing curative and preventive maintenance action plans.
• Planning interventions, resource mobilization, and equipment consignment, if applicable.
• Establishing contracts with intervening subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules, communicating them, and enforcing their application.
• Supporting internal and/or external teams during interventions.
• Piloting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Receiving completed works.
• Reporting to the operations manager.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge in mechanics, electricity, automation, and pressure vessels.
• Indispensable field experience.
• Experience in team animation/management.
