About the Role
The Customer Service Welcome Desk at David's Bridal is an exciting part-time role where you interact with customers to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats, maintain positive communication, and ensure smooth store operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm.
- Utilize systems to manage customer flow for optimal service.
- Address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and escalate as needed.
- Promote alterations and personalization options in collaboration with partners.
- Support inventory management, cash wrap, and sales promotions.
Additional Information

Physical and Educational Requirements
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and use various systems and electronic devices. A high school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years’ retail experience is required.
