About the Role

The Customer Service Welcome Desk at David's Bridal is an exciting part-time role where you interact with customers to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats, maintain positive communication, and ensure smooth store operations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm.
  • Utilize systems to manage customer flow for optimal service.
  • Address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and escalate as needed.
  • Promote alterations and personalization options in collaboration with partners.
  • Support inventory management, cash wrap, and sales promotions.

Additional Information

Physical and Educational Requirements
