Responsibilities
- Enter sales at the POS system.
- Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately.
- Assist on the sales floor to satisfy client needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Help wrap client packages and clean client jewelry.
- Restock store packaging and stationary supplies.
- Unwrap David Yurman Bags and assemble Pocket Folders.
- Package and ship client orders.
- Inventory office supply, packaging, and stationary needs.
- Assist in client jewelry repair identification and case line upkeep.
- Organize understock and support Serial Case Audits.
- Ensure cleanliness in the jewelry cleaning area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in an operational role in customer service.
- Luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various roles as business needs evolve.
