Overview

The Seasonal Sales Support role at David Yurman provides essential administrative and logistical support for the Retail Store Operations Staff at the 57th Street Flagship location. This seasonal position runs from late September 2025 to January 2026 and requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Enter sales at POS and manage client transactions.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately.
  • Assist on the sales floor to serve client needs.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards per guidelines.
  • Help wrap client packages and clean client jewelry.
  • Restock store packaging and stationary supplies.
  • Assist with unwrapping David Yurman Bags and assembling DY Pocket Folders.
  • Support package shipping and conduct inventory audits.
  • Maintain an organized, clean jewelry cleaning area.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in an operational role within a customer service environment is required; luxury retail experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential. Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting with flexibility to work in varied roles as needed.
