Overview

The Director, Content & Social Media will shape the brand narrative and market presence through innovative social strategies, driving reach, engagement, and brand love. This role requires deep expertise across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Leverage platform expertise to optimize owned and paid social media efforts.
  • Campaign Execution: Craft and implement comprehensive social media campaigns with clear storytelling and editorial structure.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track customer feedback, monitor trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with PR, Social Creative, Paid Media, and Leadership to integrate content strategies.
  • Team Development: Mentor and foster growth within the social media and content teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in social media and content execution in the luxury fashion/jewelry industry.
  • Proven track record in developing successful social media campaigns and strong leadership abilities.
  • Advanced understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a flexible, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Tribeca, New York with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
