Role Overview
The David Yurman Brand Ambassador will share the company mission with clients by delivering a superior customer service experience and achieving a high volume of personal sales through clientele development and product knowledge. This is a commission-eligible role.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Service: Deliver individual sales budgets, create rewarding customer experiences, support business initiatives, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Clientele Development: Collect customer data to build relationships, utilize marketing tools and technology to drive sales.
- Operations: Assist with inventory control, maintain visual merchandising standards, stay knowledgeable about product categories, and adhere to retail procedures.
- Teamwork: Provide support and advice to colleagues and maintain flexibility in roles and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or luxury retail sales.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office programs.
- Flexibility to work variable hours including weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary is $22.00 - $27.00/hour, plus commission. Additional benefits include healthcare, 401(k), bonus, employee discounts, paid time off, and sick leave.
