Role and Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Analyst will support and optimize the end-to-end supply chain as we scale. This role is ideal for a new graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in procurement, production coordination, inventory management, and supply chain strategy.
- Procurement & Supplier Management: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers; support contract negotiations and supplier performance management; maintain supplier documentation and resolve operational challenges.
- Production Coordination: Ensure seamless flow of raw materials; collaborate with manufacturers on production schedules; track production data to recommend efficiency improvements.
- Inventory Management & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts; contribute to demand forecasting; support logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process Optimization & Analytics: Analyze performance metrics to identify inefficiencies; assist with implementing tools to support growth; participate in projects to improve sustainability and resilience.
- Special Projects: Coordinate new product launches; support onboarding of manufacturing partners and suppliers.
Qualifications
Analytical background with 1-2+ years experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have high intellectual horsepower, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work independently while effectively communicating priorities. A humble, self-aware, and curious mindset is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time role with a salary of $90-110k per year inclusive of a cash bonus based on attainment of company targets. Additional benefits include company equity opportunities, 100% covered Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401(k), covered gym expenses, and substantial PTO.
Work Environment
The role is based in New York City and requires working in the office 5 days per week, fostering a collaborative and engaging culture.
