Position Overview
David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services company to recruit a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager - LATAM. This role is remote and full-time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates.
- Oversee onboarding processes and maintain long-term relationships.
- Design initiatives to expand and retain the partner network.
- Set performance goals, track KPIs, and optimize engagement.
- Conduct training sessions on company offerings and market updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Compliance for consistent support.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships and broker networks.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
