Position Overview

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services company to recruit a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager - LATAM. This role is remote and full-time.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential business partners or affiliates.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Design initiatives to expand and retain the partner network.
  • Set performance goals, track KPIs, and optimize engagement.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships and broker networks.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
