About Besty AI
Besty AI is building the intelligence layer for the $120B hotel and short-term rental market. With 20% month-over-month growth and $6M+ raised, we're scaling fast and need a strategic operator to build the financial and operational backbone of the company.
The Role
This is the first Head of Finance & Operations hire. You'll own the company's financial and operational infrastructure, working directly with the CEO to scale from early traction to significant revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and own financial models, forecasting, and KPI reporting from scratch
- Prepare board decks and interface directly with investors and board members
- Develop and execute pricing strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Manage vendor relationships, payroll, HR, AP/AR, and day-to-day operations
- Support recruiting efforts and help build the team
- Drive operational efficiency across the business as it scales
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS companies
- Proven ability to build financial models from scratch
- Experience scaling a company from Seed through Series B
- Track record interfacing with investors and board members
- Comfort owning both finance and operations functions simultaneously
