Key Responsibilities

This role involves working in a high-volume production environment where you will:

  • Process medical record requests.
  • Take calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys.
  • Document information in multiple platforms using dual monitors.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
