Position Details
This is a remote, full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST. The Health Information Specialist I will manage a high-volume production environment by processing medical record requests, handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, and documenting information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required.
