Job Responsibilities
This role is remote and full-time. You will:
- Process medical record requests from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys.
- Document information accurately across multiple platforms.
- Utilize two computer monitors efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
- Handle calls and update records using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
