Role Overview - Health Information Operations Supervisor

Join a high-performing, values-driven team to lead and motivate a growing group while managing client requests and data solutions.

  • Lead and train a dynamic team.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational challenges.
  • Oversee audit and risk management requests.
  • Improve processes and ensure quality data output.
  • Coordinate with client management on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring the team.
  • Communicating with leadership and clients.
  • Reviewing data and providing actionable insights.
  • Managing escalations from call centers.
  • Participating in project teams and operational strategy initiatives.

What You Will Bring

  • Passion for leadership and team development.
  • Health Information experience (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA standards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office.
  • Effective presentation skills for client and leadership interactions.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
  • Background in production or metric-based roles.
  • Team-building expertise and career development experience.
