Team Leader Paid Media - Digital Strategy Consultant (SEA/SMA)

datashake is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader Paid Media to join our growing agency. You will benefit from comprehensive training to deepen your skills in acquisition, data analysis, and management. As a Team Lead Paid Media, you will be responsible for a team of 4-6 consultants and a portfolio of medium to large clients, managing their digital acquisition campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of consultants (4-6 people)
  • Coaching the team on technical and interpersonal matters
  • Analysis of client briefs and definition of digital acquisition strategy
  • Management of online marketing campaigns: Facebook, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter…
  • Client relationship management: meetings, weekly calls, daily exchanges
  • Performance analysis and reporting
  • Participation in tech events
  • Client follow-up for your team's consultants

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of agency experience
  • Proven experience in setting up an acquisition strategy from A to Z
  • Comfortable with client relations
  • Consultant profile passionate about digital
  • Experience managing accounts independently on various advertising platforms
