About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Engineer I, a senior technical expert responsible for advancing engineering excellence across all development teams. This role involves hands-on software development, architectural alignment, technical mentorship, and design oversight. You will partner closely with the Enterprise Architect, the Manager of Application Development, and roadmap team developers to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across the DataServ SaaS platform. This position will help shape technical direction, improve development processes, and drive innovation through both guidance and code contribution.
