In this role as Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration, you will manage our Salesforce platform with an emphasis on platform security, compliance, and scalability.

The Opportunity

  • Lead Salesforce administration across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Oversee user management, object/field creation, validation rules, and workflow automation.
  • Ensure Salesforce security with SSO, MFA, OAuth, role hierarchy, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for support and enhancements.
  • Manage third-party integrations such as ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and Docusign.
  • Maintain backup, restore strategies, and document secure admin processes.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience; 2+ years in leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform security and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds in high-tech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong strategic and problem solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
