Position Overview

The Vice President Treasury will lead the global treasury function during a crucial phase of growth and transformation. Reporting to the CAO, the role covers treasury strategy, operations, global cash management, liquidity planning, FX risk management, and banking relationships. This executive position requires deep treasury experience in a high-growth technology environment with IPO and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Capital Markets Leadership: Advise CFO and executives on capital structure, financing strategy, and IPO readiness.
• Global Cash & Liquidity Management: Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity strategies, intercompany funding, and repatriation.
• Treasury Operations & Banking: Manage global banking relationships, treasury operations, and technology upgrades.
• Risk Management: Improve FX and interest rate risk mitigation, counterparty risk, and credit/investment policies.
• Team Building & Leadership: Build and mentor the treasury and finance teams ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15+ years in treasury or corporate finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global, high-growth software or technology company. IPO or public company treasury experience is strongly preferred. Must have exceptional communication skills and a strategic yet hands-on approach.

Compensation and Benefits

Includes a competitive final compensation package determined by various factors along with comprehensive benefits such as stock options, health plans, 401k match, paid time off, and additional perks. US only national base pay ranges between $280,000 and $350,000 USD.
