About the Role - Technical Account Manager - UK

Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform™, empowering organizations with the control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies. The Technical Account Manager supports a small portfolio of strategic clients with deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop engagement plans
  • Manage project milestones and deliverables alongside Customer Success Managers
  • Act as the central point for technical information and account strategy
  • Advise on Dataiku platform architecture, deployment, and operations
  • Support integration, troubleshooting and advanced use cases including edge computing and deep learning

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Experience with Linux system administration and networking
  • Proficiency with identity and access management tools
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python and data-science concepts
  • Basic knowledge of Java
  • Familiarity with ML-Ops practices and tools
