Role Description
The Enterprise Account Executive will engage prospects and customers, guiding them to develop efficient approaches using the Dataiku DSS platform. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the value of Dataiku.
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers.
- Offer recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns.
- Manage multiple customers across various stages of the buying cycle.
- Handle inbound communications including billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Success Profile
Successful candidates will have 6+ years’ experience in software field sales or a similar role, a background in selling innovation to large enterprises, the ability to align visions with prospects, and strong communication skills. Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration is preferred along with a growth mindset.
