Role Summary
The Emerging Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales cycle while collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering. This role leverages various company resources to educate customers on Dataiku’s value, drive revenue, and manage multiple customer engagements throughout the buying cycle.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the value of Dataiku thoughtfully
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach to current customers
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and usage
- Manage multiple customers across various stages of the buying cycle
- Handle inbound communications and coordinate with billing, legal, security, and technical teams
- Collect customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Success Profile
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, with a background in selling innovative solutions to emerging enterprises. Key attributes include the ability to match visions with prospects, navigate competitive positioning, and a strong understanding of big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, and data integration. Excellent interpersonal communication, adaptability, and a growth mindset are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation will be determined during the interview process and include factors such as location, education, and experience. Eligible roles may have additional commission or variable compensation along with comprehensive benefits including stock options, health plans, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k match, and more.
