Overview
As a Senior Security Analyst Customer Trust at Datadog, you play a critical role at the intersection of Security, Compliance, Privacy, and customer engagement. You lead complex, high-stakes initiatives to strengthen Datadog’s security posture, build customer confidence, and unblock strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end security assurance for regulated customers and strategic opportunities.
- Support incident response including customer communications and post-incident improvements.
- Review and advise on security and compliance aspects of customer contracts.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable internal guidance.
- Lead process improvements in trust work including intake, triage, and evidence strategy.
- Leverage automation, AI, and analytics to reduce manual work and elevate insights.
- Develop internal and external trust content including FAQs, whitepapers, and runbooks.
- Mentor teammates and uphold high standards of quality and operational excellence.
Who You Are
Experienced professionals with 5+ years in Customer Trust, security engineering, or information security. You are adept at leading cross-functional initiatives and applying automation and AI to solve complex security challenges. You are knowledgeable in incident response, risk management, and various security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
