About the Role

Datadog is seeking a Manager Technical Account Management to lead and develop high-performing teams. In this role, you will drive customer adoption, expansion, and successful delivery of our SaaS solutions. You will coach technical account managers, own team KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Presales, Product Management, Support, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of up to 6 Technical Account Managers.
  • Manage team KPIs including scheduling, utilization, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align post-sales strategy.
  • Participate in customer engagements, strategic reviews, and escalation management.
  • Drive account strategy for product adoption and services delivery.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members.
  • Lead OKR initiatives and propose scalable solutions.

Who You Are

An experienced people manager with 3+ years of management experience, comfortable leading technical, customer-facing teams. You are data driven, a strong communicator, and passionate about operational excellence and customer value.
