About the Role

As the Curriculum Manager Artificial Intelligence, you will collaborate with instructors and cross-functional teams across curriculum, engineering, product, and marketing to expand and improve our AI curriculum. Your role is pivotal in helping millions worldwide upskill in data and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire content development lifecycle and meet deadlines.
  • Source and recruit top-tier instructors and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate to design, review, and create engaging AI content.
  • Review content from a learner perspective for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support advanced technical topics.
  • Assess course performance using learner feedback and data.
  • Own and prioritize the curriculum roadmap, identifying gaps and new topics.
  • Develop AI workflows for content creation and quality enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Solid technical background in machine learning/AI including LLM engineering and workflow automation.
  • Proven instructional design experience with technical course creation.
  • Graduate degree (Master's/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a detail oriented approach.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation without sacrificing quality.

It's a Plus If

  • Familiarity with the DataCamp course format.
  • Have a network of potential subject matter experts.
  • Hold a PhD in Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
