About the Role
At Databricks, we are passionate about enabling data teams to solve the world’s toughest problems by building and running the world’s best data and AI infrastructure. As the Sr. Product Manager Compute Platform, you will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for compute solutions including Classic Compute, SQL Warehouses, and Serverless Compute.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, define, and own product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Engage with enterprise customers and partners to prioritize solutions.
- Drive competitive differentiation and measure success using data.
- Align product initiatives with business goals.
What We Look For
Minimum 5 years of product management in cloud, analytics, or data platforms with a deep understanding of compute products and their use cases. Educational background in computer science or related field required. Excellent communication, storytelling skills, and experience working directly with engineers, designers, and enterprise customers.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive compensation package including annual performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Salary range for this role is from $133,000 to $186,100 USD.
