The Impact You Will Have

  • Form strong relationships with clients across your assigned territory, delivering technical and business value in partnership with an Account Executive and a Senior Solutions Architect.
  • Generate client excitement for Databricks through hands-on evaluations and Spark programming, ensuring seamless integration with wider cloud ecosystems and third-party applications.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Databricks technical community by actively participating in workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
  • Evolve into a trusted Big Data Analytics advisor, offering expertise on architecture and design.
  • Support your customers directly by creating reference architectures, detailed how-to guides, and compelling demo applications.
  • Develop your technical and pre-sales capabilities with the objective of becoming an independently operating Solutions Architect.

What We Look For

  • Four years of experience engaging with clients, crafting compelling narratives, effectively addressing customer questions, aligning agendas with key interests, and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently present a technical proposition, accurately identify customer pain points, and articulate critical business value to cultivate a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Solid understanding of a core Big Data Analytics domain, coupled with exposure to advanced proofs-of-concept and familiarity with a major public cloud platform.
  • Proven experience in diving deep into solution architecture and design challenges.
