About the Role
As an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will drive SaaS sales using innovative strategies and uncover new opportunities in the enterprise market. You will assess accounts, develop strategies, and build value propositions to promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform.

- Promote the Databricks enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark.
- Deliver technical and business results for customers.
What We Look For
- Sales experience within big data, Cloud, or SaaS industry.
- Proven relationships with CIOs and key decision-makers.
- Ability to clearly articulate intricate cloud technologies and big data concepts.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing new accounts.
- 2+ years of full cycle sales experience in SaaS/PaaS companies.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Compensation & Benefits
Databricks offers competitive pay ranges and additional rewards such as annual performance bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range for this role is between $149,600 and $209,450 USD, with accelerators available for exceeding quota.
