About the Role: Technology Consultant
DataAnnotation is seeking a Technology Consultant to join our team, focusing on training advanced AI models. In this pivotal role, you will meticulously measure the progress of AI chatbots, critically evaluate their underlying logic, and implement solutions to enhance the overall quality and performance of each model.
To qualify for this position, proficiency in either Python and/or JavaScript is essential. Your responsibilities will require a strong command of at least one programming language (including JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to effectively tackle and resolve complex coding problems, similar to those found on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank. A key aspect of your work will involve clearly articulating the methodology and reasoning behind your solutions.

Responsibilities
- Assign complex coding tasks to AI chatbots and thoroughly evaluate the outputs they generate.
- Assess the quality of AI models, focusing on correctness, logical integrity, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) is required for clear communication.
- Possess a strong detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience with algorithms, data structures, and effective debugging workflows.
- While not strictly required, a current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred.
