About the Software Engineer Applications Role at DataAnnotation

DataAnnotation is actively seeking a Software Engineer Applications to join our innovative team, focusing on training AI models. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in measuring the progress of AI chatbots, meticulously evaluating their logical reasoning, and devising solutions to elevate the overall quality of each model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Give AI chatbots coding challenges and thoroughly evaluate their outputs.
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) is essential.
  • A strong detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proven experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
  • While a current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) is required to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank style).
  • Ability to clearly explain how your coding solutions address specific problems.
