Software Developer at DataAnnotation
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team to train AI models. In this role you will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve each model's quality. You will be proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift in order to solve coding challenges similar to those found on LeetCode or HackerRank. Every solution must be clearly explained to demonstrate its effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Administer coding challenges to AI chatbots
- Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy and performance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented with experience in algorithms, data structures, and debugging
- Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred
Additional Information
This is an independent contract position. Payment is made via PayPal, and applicants are required to be in Canada. No money is ever requested from applicants.
