About the Role

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on your own schedule, from your home, using your own computer. You can choose projects that align with your availability and goals, with some members integrating this work into their full-time roles and others focusing on it primarily. Projects are paid hourly, with rates ranging from $50-$100+/hr, and higher rates for specific projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and solve diverse coding problems for AI system training, with a focus on Android development.
  • Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
  • Provide feedback to shape the development of future AI models.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
  • Preferred experience in Kotlin.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
