Senior Graphic Designer - AI Model Training
DataAnnotation is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to contribute to the development and improvement of advanced AI models. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to evaluate and enhance AI systems' understanding and generation of design work, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated design outputs to refine aesthetic quality, usability, and creative performance.
- Train AI models to better comprehend design principles, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
- Critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals for correctness and overall quality.
- Contribute to design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.
Qualifications
- Native or bilingual fluency in English.
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Must be located in the United States.
