Senior Graphic Designer - AI Model Training
DataAnnotation is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge AI models. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to evaluate and improve AI systems' understanding, generation, and assessment of design outputs, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design.
- Provide detailed feedback to refine AI's sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a new and growing area focused on teaching AI to understand visual and design principles. Your insights will directly shape the future of AI tools for designers. Successful applicants will complete a general core assessment and a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Upon approval, you will gain access to general AI training projects and be invited to contribute to design-specific projects, including UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
