DataAnnotation is dedicated to developing high-quality AI. We are seeking a Risk Analyst to join our team, contributing to the training of next-generation AI models. We are expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be more effective tools for finance professionals. We are looking for experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) and relevant professional experience to leverage their expertise in shaping AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

Role of a Risk Analyst

As a Risk Analyst, you will join a growing team of finance experts, with opportunities expanding as the team develops. Your responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing and enhancing AI Assistant responses to questions concerning macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilizing your educational background and work experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's outputs.
• Challenging AI models with intricate, real-world scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities and identify limitations.
• Providing clear, structured feedback to continuously improve the intelligence and reliability of new AI versions.

To excel in this position, you should possess expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline. A Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

• This is a full-time or part-time remote position.
• You will have the autonomy to choose which projects to undertake.
• Work on your own flexible schedule.
• Projects are compensated hourly, starting at USD $50-$60 per hour, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems, then evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of AI model-generated content.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance management-related reasoning exercises.
• A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not strictly required.

Note: Payment is processed via PayPal, handling any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in Canada will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
