About the Role
DataAnnotation is seeking a Research and Development Chemist to join our team for training AI models. You will be responsible for measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to improve model quality using expert chemistry skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail-oriented with solid general, organic, and physical chemistry knowledge.
- Master's or PhD (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not required.
Additional Information
Payment is processed via PayPal with currency conversions handled by PayPal. Only applicants in Canada will be considered. This is an independent contract position.
