About the Quantitative Analyst Role
DataAnnotation is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to train AI models. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logical outputs, and solving complex problems to enhance model quality. A strong background in mathematics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, statistics, and logical reasoning is essential. Knowledge in Applied Mathematics or Computer Science is highly valued.

This position is full-time or part-time and is REMOTE. You have the flexibility to choose projects, work on your own schedule, and get paid hourly starting at 40+ USD per hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
Responsibilities
- Pose diverse and complex mathematics problems to AI chatbots.
- Evaluate the correctness, logic, and performance of AI model outputs.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Highly detail-oriented with expert mathematical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in areas including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Advanced degree programs (Master's or PhD) in a related field preferred but not required.
Additional Information
Payment is processed via PayPal and conversion from USD is managed by PayPal. Only applicants located in Canada will be considered for this independent contract position.
