About the Prompt Engineer Role
DataAnnotation is seeking a Prompt Engineer to join our team to train AI models. In this role, you will measure the progress of AI chatbots by evaluating their logic and problem-solving capabilities to improve the overall quality of our models.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift).
- Ability to explain coding problem solutions clearly.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
