Marketing Designer - AI Training

DataAnnotation is seeking a Marketing Designer to contribute to the training and improvement of cutting-edge AI models. In this role, you will assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work, encompassing interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Your design expertise will be crucial in evaluating AI outputs, providing detailed feedback, and refining the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your insights will directly influence the development of future AI tools designed to assist designers.

This is an exciting opportunity in a new and growing area of our company, focused on teaching AI to better comprehend visual and design principles. To apply, please complete our general core assessment and then a specific qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Upon approval, you will gain access to general AI training projects and be invited to participate in design-specific projects. These projects cover UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation, including presentations and creative deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
  • Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.

  • A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
