About the role
Graphic Designer for AI Training
DataAnnotation is seeking a Graphic Designer to contribute to the training and enhancement of advanced AI models. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to evaluate and improve AI systems' understanding and generation of design work, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. Your feedback will be crucial in refining the AI's sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality, directly shaping future AI design tools.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a growing area focused on teaching AI about visual and design principles. Designers interested in this role should apply through the general core assessment and then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Upon approval, you will gain access to general AI training projects and be invited to participate in design-specific projects.
Design-Specific Projects May Include:

Responsibilities

- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design principles.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
