About the role
Front-End Web Designer - AI Model Training
DataAnnotation is seeking a Front-End Web Designer to contribute to the training and improvement of advanced AI models. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to evaluate AI-generated designs, provide constructive feedback, and refine AI's understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your work will directly influence the development of future AI tools designed to assist designers.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and expanding area within our company, focused on teaching AI to better grasp visual and design principles. As a designer, you will begin by completing our general core assessment and then a specific qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Upon approval, you will gain access to general AI training projects and be invited to participate in design-specific projects, including UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
- Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
- Help train AI models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design principles.
Qualifications
- Native or bilingual fluency in English.
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not required.
