We are expanding into an innovative area: teaching AI Assistant models to be more effective tools for finance professionals. We are looking for experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) and relevant professional experience to leverage their expertise. Your insights will be crucial in shaping how AI comprehends financial principles and decision-making processes.

Role of a Finance Research Analyst

As we grow our team of finance experts, your opportunities for impact and development will also expand. In this dynamic role, your responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing and enhancing AI Assistant answers related to macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilizing your extensive education and work experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's outputs.
• Challenging AI models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to assess the robustness of their reasoning and identify limitations.
• Providing clear, structured feedback essential for making each subsequent version of the AI smarter and more dependable.

To excel in this position, you must possess expert-level financial reasoning and formal training within a finance-related discipline. A Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. Ideal backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Presenting AI chatbots with diverse and intricate financial problems and meticulously evaluating their responses.
• Assessing the quality of AI model outputs for both correctness and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual fluency in English is essential.
• A strong attention to detail is required.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance management-related reasoning exercises.
• A current, in-progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD degree is preferred but not strictly required.
