DataAnnotation is dedicated to developing high-quality AI. We are seeking a Finance AI Trainer to contribute to training the next generation of AI models. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the freedom to set your own schedule, making it suitable for various lifestyles, whether you prefer part-time contribution, full-time engagement, or periodic professional opportunities.
We are expanding into an exciting new domain: teaching AI Assistant models to become more effective tools for finance professionals. We are looking for experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) and relevant industry experience to help shape AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

What You Might Do
- Review and improve AI Assistant responses to complex questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Utilize your academic background and professional experience to meticulously check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's output.
- Challenge AI models with intricate, real-world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and weaknesses in their reasoning.
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to continuously enhance the intelligence and reliability of new AI versions.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess expert-level financial reasoning abilities and formal training in a finance-related discipline. A Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. Relevant professional backgrounds include:

Responsibilities
- Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex financial problems and thoroughly evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of AI models in finance-related tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other reasoning exercises relevant to finance management.
- A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD degree is preferred but not required.

- This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position within the United States.
- You will have the autonomy to choose which projects you want to work on.
- You can work on your own flexible schedule.
- Projects are compensated hourly, starting at USD $50-$60 per hour, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume contributions.
Note: Payment is processed via PayPal. DataAnnotation will never request money from you. PayPal manages any currency conversions from USD. This is an independent contract position. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role.
