DevOps Engineer - AI Model Training
DataAnnotation is seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team, focusing on the crucial task of training and improving AI models. In this role, you will be instrumental in measuring the progress of AI chatbots, rigorously evaluating their logic, and implementing solutions to enhance the quality and performance of each model.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer coding challenges to AI chatbots to assess their capabilities.
- Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for accuracy and performance.
- Solve problems to improve the overall quality of AI models.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript is required.
- Demonstrated ability to solve coding problems using at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift).
- Ability to clearly explain coding solutions and their problem-solving approach.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
