Job Description
Data Analyst at DataAnnotation
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team to train AI models. In this role, you will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) is required to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank).
- Ability to explain how your coding solution solves the problem.
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Payment is made via PayPal. DataAnnotation will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in Canada will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
