We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to join our team and educate AI chatbots. In this role, you will be responsible for developing complex prompts to rigorously test AI models, crafting high-quality responses to set a standard of excellence, and evaluating various model outputs based on strict accuracy and style guidelines. This position is ideal for professionals who regularly manage business communications and possess an interest in the practical application of AI tools within real-world work environments. No prior AI experience is necessary.

The application process includes an assessment. Successful completion grants access to projects. Consistent high-quality work ensures regular project assignments. Our most successful candidates typically engage for 5-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise diverse and engaging conversations spanning a wide array of topics.
• Compose high-quality, accurate answers in response to specific prompts.
• Critically compare and assess the performance of different AI models.
• Conduct thorough research and fact-check AI-generated responses for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• A bachelor's degree (either completed or currently in progress).
• Demonstrated experience managing small business communications and/or a history of self-employment.
• Exceptional writing and research capabilities.
• Strong fact-checking skills and the ability to work independently.
